The end of March is so fun in Washington, DC. The Blossom Kite Festival is an annual kite event not to be missed. It takes place on the grounds of the Washington Monument and is filled with people, young and old, and kites! All assortments of kites can be seen from the simplest to most complex. These two caught my eye because I love the colors, the simplicity and the sky.
